Builders Warehouse

For all things DIY, Builders Warehouse has you covered with top in-store deals. From cordless drills to bath tubs and basins, you can start buying up the necessaries for that big renovation you’ve been planning since forever. Be sure to get to your nearest store early to avoid being disappointed.

Black Friday

Makro

It’s all fun and games until Makro shows up at the Black Friday sale. For everything from cornflakes in bulk to big screen TVs, Makro will have what you need at a super discounted price. Head to any of the Makro marts around to take advantage of the Black Friday sale. If you subscribe to their newsletter, you’ll be informed beforehand what to expect from this Friday-to-Sunday sale. Generally, you can save up to 45% on selected goods.

Leroy Merlin

The new kid on the DIY block is bringing out the big guns with their off-the-charts 15-60% sale on all in-store and online times. Leroy Merlin is a brand new hardware and home improvement store located in Edenvale, worth the drive no matter which side of the city you find yourself on.

Takealot.com

Our favourite site to buy everything from the latest Wu-Tang Clan album to bandsaws is Takealot.com. This coming Friday, the online megastore will be putting its own little twist on Black Friday by dubbing it the Blue Dot Sale. If you spend more than R250, you’ll receive free standard delivery. There will be a limited supply of some products, so it’s a first come, first serve type deal.

Black Friday

Totalsports

For those of us who enjoy staying active (or like to sit on the couch in sportswear), Totalsports is hosting a sale like no other. Head down to your local store or skip the queue by shopping online – that’s what we’ll be doing. From sports tech to soccer boots, Totalsports is your one-stop shop for all things active.

From big brands to indie creators, Sunglass Hut is the place to shop this Black Friday.
